For children age six and younger, a parent or responsible guardian is required to remain onsite throughout the program.

How this form uses your information

ORVIT LLC collects the child, parent or guardian, emergency-contact, program, and signed-waiver details entered here. Optional medical notes and photo or video permission are included only if you provide them. ORVIT uses these details to manage participation, safety, registration, and communication with your family.

Form records are stored in ORVIT’s website database hosted by Cloudflare. The form also records recognized referral and campaign categories when present; full referral URLs and arbitrary campaign text are not saved. Registration confirmation emails use Wix; your email address is sent to Wix for that purpose. Self-pay checkout takes place on ORVIT’s Wix payment site, where payment information is entered separately.

The website uses first-party, aggregate traffic measurement to count public-page views and estimate visits. A temporary timestamp and coarse source category are kept in the browser tab; analytics use no tracking cookies or visitor IDs, and do not store names, contact details, child details, IP addresses or user agents. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Reports cover 90 calendar days; older traffic counts are removed on the next tracked visit or dashboard load.

What to expect

Come ready
for the outdoors.

Soccer is the first activity. Children should arrive in soccer shoes if they have them, or secure closed-toe shoes or boots. Bring a labeled water bottle, packed lunch, snack, and weather protection such as a light rain jacket.

Registration and a signed parent or guardian waiver are required. A confirmation email will include arrival information and any weather updates.
