Website traffic measurement
We use first-party, aggregate measurement to understand which public pages are visited and how many sign-up forms are saved. Traffic data stays in ORVIT’s website database hosted by Cloudflare; no advertising analytics scripts are used for this measurement.
Traffic records contain daily page-view and estimated-visit counts, fixed public-page names, and coarse referral or recognized campaign categories. They do not contain names, email addresses, child details, IP addresses, user agents, full URLs, search queries, or visitor IDs. A timestamp and coarse source category stay temporarily in the browser tab to estimate visits. This measurement does not use tracking cookies or fingerprinting.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Private administration, payment and sign-in pages are excluded. Reports cover the most recent 90 calendar days; older traffic counts are removed when the next tracked visit or authorized dashboard load occurs.
Forms and registration
Registration and clinic-interest forms explain the information they collect beside the form. These records are separate from aggregate traffic data and are used to manage participation, safety and communication with your family. Registration confirmations use Wix, and self-pay checkout takes place on ORVIT’s Wix payment site. Saved-form totals in the private dashboard do not copy family information into the traffic tables.
