Current ORVIT programs are designed for children ages 6–15. A parent or responsible guardian is required to remain onsite throughout the program for children age six and younger.

Yes. ORVIT welcomes children at different starting points. Activities are guided and adapted so each child can build confidence, skill, responsibility, and a genuine sense of belonging.

No previous soccer experience is required for Homeschool Enrichment or general ORVIT experiences. Soccer Development and specialty clinics meet children at an appropriate level while still providing purposeful challenge.

ORVIT is outdoors in Hawthorne, Florida, serving families from Gainesville, Keystone Heights, Melrose, and surrounding North Florida communities. Detailed arrival information is shared with registered families.

Yes. Every ORVIT experience takes place outdoors, rain or shine. The natural conditions are part of the learning experience, and children should arrive prepared for the day’s weather.

Children should wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy closed-toe shoes. Bring a labeled water bottle, sunscreen, a weather layer, and any snack requested for the program. Soccer participants should bring appropriate athletic gear.

Absolutely. Parents and guardians are welcome to stay, observe, and enjoy the ORVIT setting. For children age six and younger, a parent or responsible guardian must remain onsite for the entire program.

ORVIT monitors conditions and adjusts activities when needed. If conditions require a schedule change, families will be contacted directly. Rain alone does not cancel an ORVIT day.

Children are welcomed through a clear check-in process and released only through supervised dismissal. Families should arrive on time and notify ORVIT in advance of any authorized pickup change.

Programs use active supervision, age-appropriate activities, clear boundaries, and prepared instructors. Registration collects emergency contacts, medical notes, and a parent or guardian waiver so the team can prepare responsibly.

Yes. ORVIT is an approved Step Up For Students provider. Eligible families may use available scholarship funds for approved ORVIT services, subject to their scholarship program and current expense rules. Register for the program that fits your child, then email grow@orvitlab.com for help with the provider-payment process. ORVIT will never ask for your scholarship account password.

Monthly programs are charged at enrollment and renew on the same date each month. Homeschool includes four classes per billing cycle; Soccer includes eight sessions per billing cycle.

A class canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled within the applicable billing cycle. Late cancellations and missed classes are forfeited, and unused credits expire at the end of the cycle.

Yes. Monthly enrollment may be canceled before the next renewal date to prevent the following charge.

Use the Clinic Interest List to select the specific experiences your family would like to hear about. Joining the list does not require payment and is separate from full enrollment.
